Hi My name is Lindiwe Matuka, I was in one of your store yesterday (31-01-2022) buying a present for a friend, I went to till 25 to proceed with a payment I was assisted by Refilwe Monama and when I finished paying I asked if they can wrapped the present for me, Refilwe Monama explained to me that the store only wrapped present December but she didn't end there she went far beyond calling her manager to assist the manager advised me to buy a wrapped and they will wrapped for me which I did. Refilwe Monama again call another colleague of her to assist with me with the wrapping and explained to her that she spoke to the manager she said it's okay they can wrapped it for me, Worst service received from that colleague of her she was shouting at me telling me that she done wrapping things by December and tell me about R 15, I basically told the lady it's fine I don't mind to pay that R15 hence the manager didn't explained but I will pay it, she went on and on shouting telling me that they don't have team work iyo until I said it's enough, I went back to till 25 where I did my purchase and was angry and annoyed, I requested Refilwe Monama to refund the stuff I bought, shame Refilwe she was so calm and apolosing for other people behavior, I could see her tears on her eyes asking me what wrong with her cause the manager agrees,she referred me to another one then I was assisted. If people like her can solve customer complaints without involving manager she's really and assets, she need to be taken good care, she have good customer service and good productivity Warm regards
The company has stolen my money, I paid for my mother tombstone on 2 September,they promised to installed it within 6 week, I went to the branch on the 3 October to inquire what was going on, jowe they play hide and seek, yesterday 25 November again I went and to get answers and ask them to refund me, we spoke to Derrick so called manager he promised to install the tombstone on Saturday on the 27 November on the 27 November we called him to find out why we haven't received a call yet Derrick told us his stupid Boss is broke hence his not answering our call and he stole so many people money and he never install their tombstone worse he want us to meet him half aways and pay for transportation funny we paid them full for everything now they want us to pay for transport
