<p>In March 2017 I encurred a costs with Brinks Anaesthetists, my medical aid paid me directly. As soon as I saw this I phoned and obtained teh details on the phone of my account, I wrote down the details and paid in April 2017. In May 2017 I received a call from their accountants advising I had not paid and this account is outstanding. I was driving and I advised that I had def paid in April 2017 and tehre were to check theri accounts. I again received a call today saying if I do not pay they are handing me over, I again explained i had paid and they needed to check their account, I could not send them payment but I could send them my bank account showing payment. After a few h**** words on both side, the person said they are handing me over and put the phone down. 5 min later I received another call from the same person saying they had two payments in April that they could not match, one was for the exact amount but the reference number at the end was 830 whereby my account reference number was 930. I was not interested in this as I had avised them before to look into their accounts for my payment. The person from Brinks continued to try and explain that it was my fault. I have a concern that there were quite happy to make me pay agaion, that they did not check their records, that they have receievd payment and cannot match it due to one small number, that they threatened and harrassed me.</p>
