Bad Business Practice when it comes Refunding Students their deposits
The Richmond Student Accommodation in Auckland Park is to take in applicants when they are looking for accommodation but when it is time for them to refund us the Deposit they come up with delaying tactics starting non-written Policies that are only explained to us only when we are following up on the payment due.

Bad Service!!!!
Hi The level of service received from transunion is absurd to say the least. I have been logging disputes against my credit report but whenever i call to check they tell me they didnt recieve my documents. No updates are being done and we are supposed to call them every week and be told about a turn around time while they do not even do anything on our reports

Strong delays when one has to recieve a clearance certificate
I have been taken from here to there when it comes getting my clearance certificate until yesterday when i requested that i get it without it being commissioned as i beleieved maybe i could do it myself at the local Police station. The staff is supportive yes but the lengthy process is not helping because it is so quick when u are a new sale but when u need to have a clearance u are taken up and down as u are told is procedural and protocol. Can someone high up in the company help me get my commissioned clearance certificate please.. It has been well over 2 months since i started this whole process nd being told to wait for another set of weeks isnt helping.. Can the Lockdown also not be used as an excuse

Hi, The level of service within this company is exceptional. I have just been assisted by Tendeukai Zimbango, Although we are experiencing the Shutdown as a country. This person's level of service is exceptional. my request is yet to be resolved but the way Tendeukai handled my query through their website query line has been nothing but exceptional.
