Cool Line Repair Scam
Do not use these people, they are scammers. They have a beautiful website but they are basically thieves. The came out to repair our dishwasher, charged us R2600 to replace parts, even gave us a 1 year guarantee. Bottom line they have not replaced a thing, in fact they remove a part, and just cut the earth wires to prevent the appliance from tripping our electricity. When my husband contact the owner Frank demanding a refund, we were met with empty promises and we have given up.

Inaccurate website/poor communication and service
Web site stock availability, estimated delivery times and order status is inaccurate. Do not trust the information presented on their website. Communication is very poor. I eventually cancelled my order. Save yourself the frustration.

CCD Couriers are unreliable and not trustworthy
I have been waiting on CCD Couriers to deliver my card for 3 weeks. They confirm a date and don't pitch up and then argue that they could not get hold of me. I make myself available on the days they commit to deliver and even tell our receptionist to keep an eye out. They don't pitch. Now I have to collect the card at the branch.
