Had a query about information contained on their website & when I addressed it with their customer services it was rectified in no time! Thank you for the prompt response & remedying the issue.
Words to describe the service I have received from Telkom have not been invented yet. Poor, awful, ridiculous, disgusting, horrible, shocking are way too nice to describe it. Its a long tale that has been going on for almost half a year & I don't have the energy to rehash it again as I have done hundreds of times over the phone to telkom call centre agents. The long and short of it is that as part of the package we have been paying for we were supposed to have a mobile router & I still don't have it. Its cost in included in the package deal & they debit the account every month but I have not used the mobile router once.
