These people dig a hole and deliver a shell after payment of R 48 870.00 was made. Balance on quote remaining is R 26 875.00 . Nothing as per quote was delivered. Remaining cost due is R 15000.00 for heatpump and R 3000.00 for extras on paving . If this is deducted from quote remaining money on pool is R 8875.50 and nothing is done. There is no one on site and Izak said that he will not finish if we do not release another R20 000.00. Currently on site Shell , weir and light. Non compacted hole and that is it.
