POOR CLAIMS SERVICE
My fiancé's car was involved in an accident on the 23rd of March, 11th of April, the vechile was dropped at Mini Maxi panelbeaters in Springs and courtesy car collected. Estimated completion date was 12 May, then moved to 23 May, then 31 May, then THE DAY BEFORE collection, moved again to 16 June, the issue then comes, that not only have we waited almost two months, with NO communication unless we follow up, Naked has put no effort into staying in contact with us, following up with the panel beater, AND now the car needs to be returned today the SECOND OF JUNE. What are we supposed to do for a vehicle for 14 days????? His car is used for BUSINESS use, as stipulated on the policy, and now his job is at jeopardy! can ANYONE from either mini maxi or naked contact him for some sort of feedback!!! 0825700429

Unbelievably rude receptionist
Your receptionist is so unbelievably rude, as the first person every customer speaks to when calling into the company she should definitely learn to be a bit more friendly, i would question the service of everyone else in the company if this is the first impression received by your receptionist.

Let down by capitec
I was a victim of a scam, wrote an affidavit, have a case number and everything. While waiting for my money to be returned to me, I was given money by family to settle the people I owed money to. The day the funds cleared I tried to draw the money, only to find out my account has been stopped! I immediately came into the bank, went and made another affidavit as requested by them, came back to the bank sat for an hour and a half while the consultant tried to get hold of the forensics department, at 5 o'clock I eventually had to keavex I've already been here today again for another hour and still nothing!!!! This is honestly disgusting services not only was u scammed and lost money, I'm now being kept down by my bank because I cant even access the money in my account! J have even agreed that the money owed to the person can be debited immediately to pay her!
