This restaurant is consistently great every time! The menu offers a huge variety of meals. Every dish from pizza to pasta to fish and steak is hands down the best! Great location, friendly staff and quick service. One of my favorites in Johannesburg!
Very bad experience and very unprofessional service from Roger - the director (0763309533). I replaced my Mac Book Air battery in June 2022 - by end of September it was giving issues. We contacted Roger in the 6 month warranty period in October and it took 7 weeks to get the battery replaced. In the middle of University exams and being an urgent matter. He replaced the battery which then had a charging cycle count of over 550 and a service notification. This was a very old and very used battery. Will not recommend supporting him!!
I would like to share my terrible experience and how disgusting management was in their poor manner of resolving this after they lied and said customer satisfaction is a priority to them. This experience was a Christmas gift given to my boyfriend and I, we were so excited we booked the day they opened in January for the 10th of Feb, unfortunately the lightning was very bad and we were told we can have a refund or reschedule. Taking a refund for a gift would be rude and therefore we rescheduled to the 10th of March. We drove from Pretoria, we are both students and was therefore a little inconvenient to do it again but it was obviously out of everyone’s control. We then planned our studies and everything around going back on the 10th of March. Having to drive through AGAIN from Pretoria to be told that they over booked. The best part is that we were also told that we were NOT the last to book for this date. We explained very nice that we will not reschedule AGAIN and to please tell the last people to book for the event to please reschedule. This was handled extremely unprofessionally! And the staff and management are extremely unprofessional. We were then told they have made a plan and we are going up that night. So we were very excited even after all the drama. We then got ready and finished our drinks and watched everyone else go up. When we queried this they said we going to have to wait until 10pm for dinner and will go up alone. This is extremely late and we had no idea this was “the way to resolve the issue”. We went up at 10, there was absolutely no care that went into anything. There were no drinks for us, we had to come down after just getting to the top. The dessert was in clingwrap and no atmosphere. Everyone says that the group of people and the atmosphere is the best part because this experience is definitely NOT fine fining food. The waiter was on his cellphone and the music was loud and unpleasant. We had decided then that this was completely unacceptable and a huge waste of money. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE!!! The whole reason we were unable to reschedule is because we did not have an available weekend for the next 10 weeks. We came for the experience and did not agree with how we were treated and how they expected us to be rescheduled twice when i was in fact not the last person to book the date. The manager then offered us a free snack lift. Which we were not interested in and requested a refund. We are NOT driving through from Pretoria AGAIN and definitely not for a snack lift. As we had said WE NOT AVAILABLE FOR THE NEXT 10 WEEKS. So therefore I will be sharing my experience on every social media platform as well as Hello Peter. I feel everyone should know about how disgusting the experience was and know that they seem to over book. 19 May 2018: It has been a further 3 weeks since posting this and no one has contacted me or apologized for the above. Further proof that they do not do as they say (about customer satisfaction) and proof again of how unprofessionally run this business is and the unprofessional staff.
