Good service, and patience with me.
Great service and patients from a sales manager Pamela. I queried the product, Pamela had sent me a new box but I was still experiencing the same problem. I was set on just not using the product anymore. Pamela refused the fact that the product was just not the same and sent me another box. The second box worked the way it was supposed to. Than you Pamela for your patience.

Poor service in all aspects of the company.
Poor service on returning or exchanging products. No E-mail responses, just a automated response sent and no ever gets back to you. Spoke to Jill and Gloria in the call centre, who did not assist in any way. Arranged for a pick up to return and exchange the product for a smaller size, but no one pitched to pick up the package and had 2 days disrupted waiting for someone to pick up the package. Even when calling the call centre at 3pm on 18/05/2018, same day of pick up notification, to find out if anyone was still coming to pick up the package, I was assured by Jill (call centre agent) that they were still on their way, and no one pitched before end of the business day. I will never purchase off of this site again.
