Very disappointed
Urgent Assistance Needed – DHL Shipment On Hold With No Clear Communication I am a South African artist who sells artwork internationally, and I recently shipped an original painting from South Africa to a collector in Mumbai, India via DHL. The shipment has been on hold in Pretoria for several days, and the tracking status simply says “Please contact DHL.” Unfortunately, despite trying to resolve this, I am not receiving clear guidance on what the issue is. I have already completed and submitted the required customs clearance forms, commercial invoice, and declaration of authenticity for the artwork, yet DHL has still not advised what information or documentation may be missing. This situation is very concerning because my international buyer is waiting for the artwork, and the delay is damaging my reputation as an artist who sells work internationally. I urgently need DHL to: • Confirm exactly what documentation or information is still required • Assist in releasing the shipment so it can continue to Mumbai, India I would greatly appreciate urgent assistance and proper communication to resolve this matter as soon as possible.

Unprofessional company
This company dont get back to you, they dont walk the extra mile with their clients, they dont answer emails and telephone calls, you have to mail again and phone again then they will mayby answer, I dont think Nadia is the right person for the Job.

STAY AWAY STAY AWAY
Horrible unfriendly and rude people Lies to the tenants I have a very long story but to make it short. In total I rented 8 years at Nicoles corner through Thpros but they are evil, kauklego, Jess, Zelda, Jp en dewalt the attorneys , write letters to raise money for themselves, Morne the maintenance guy delivers a ******* courtorder and break doors to through poeple out of units, everyone in their team is not honest they are horrible people, throw people with children out on the street they wanted to throw me also out of the premises for R2400 money that tge attorney raised disgusting, BE CAREFUL IF YOU LET THEM RENT OUT YOUR PLACE OR RENT FROM THEM, they making your life a living hell, it feels like a school where you stay if the are controlling everything Katlego sends out emails every month telling the woman to throw their sanity pads in the dubin that is a disgrace Believe me

Unprofessional, Rude, not loyal, Don't care about their lients
Do not rent anything from them or give your property to them for rentals. I stayed in Nicoles corner for almost 9 years in total and Thepros was in control of everything, but let me tell you they are rude unprofessional & don't care about the tenants, nothing is working and you pay R11 200 the gate and electric fence is always broken, the maintenance guy Morne delivered ******** documents to me 4 days after an open appendix operation threatening to through my stuff on the street and that all because the Lawyer in their office writes letters for nothing and the tenants must pay for everything and if you don't pay they keep writing letter and threatening to throw you on the street . ***lego, Zelda and everyone else is real bad people and heartless. They dont know how to run a rental company People I warn you stay away from this people, I have pictures of how the maintenance guy throw a guy with his small children on the street without legal documents.Demi show or carte blanche must do a story of how these people treating people.

DONT HAVE ANY RESPECT FOR HUMANITY
This is the worst company to choose for renting,Katlego is the rudest person in the company, they are rude and unprofessional they don’t do things according to law, use they’re maintenance people to through people out of the units and on the street with children i saw pictures, if people don’t pay rent for one month, I got false documentation from their lawyers 1 week after an big operation they want to throw me out on the street, I still have all the documents it was false and they said it was an eviction order it was an normal printed document from their layers but it was delivered by the maintenance guy Morne not even a Sherrif from court and their weren’t any dates or a court stamp on it, I owed them R2800 at that time for attorneys cost which the lawyer just ad on the account for a simple letter every time , the attorney just write letters and letters and charge people I’m busy with the Demi show with this company, they treat people bad want money but don’t have any respect for people. MOUNTAIN ESTATES DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE
Im having a very bad experience with this company, they ow me R9250 I went and look at one of the places they advertising in Waverley once and I liked the area and unit but it seems to be small , they send me the paper work and the lady in the office of mountain estates said I need to pay the deposit immediately because if someone else pay I will loose the place because there is also other people that like the place, I said to her I want to go and look at the place again and I called their agent the Wednesday and asked if I could go and look at the place again before I pay my deposit and se said no only tomorrow Wich is the Thursday but the lady in the office said to me you going to loose The place if you don't pay I was actually forced to pay I made a implosive decision and paid part of the deposit the Thursday when I walked into the unit I saw things that I didn't saw the previous day my BEDS WILL NOT FIT IN THE UNIT NOW THEY HOLD IT AGAINST ME NOT TO PAY ME BACK MY DEP BECAUSE MY BEDS WILL NOT FIT IN A PLACE I MUST LIVE IN, ONE DAY apart and they took R9250 from me that is no right I'm talking them to the tribunal and will make this to go to court because I was force to pay the money and can't live in a place where my beds can't fit in now Deon van den Berg from Moyntain estates don't want to pay back my money. Do not rent from this company and also go read the reviews from other unhappy clients on Google reviews. But I'm not going to leave this here because I'm a single mom and this money is a deposit for another place to live because I gave notice and must move out where I'm staying now and do t have my deposit because they are holding it back for the owner for rent if they don't get a person to move in that is what Deon said to me.

Thepros is the Worst rental company every This company THpros have the wrong name, They don't have respect for their customers Treating Customers very very bad , they work with together with Jp and DeWalt some attorneys in a office and if you pay late they write letter and letters and threatening to put you on the street charge R800 for a letter, and threatening you to throw you out of the units WITHOUT an court order, the maintenance guy Morne IS the one throwing the people out he work for THpros they don't work accordingly to the law, they want your rent every month but don't do their part, don't cut the trees, there is rats in the complex and the trees is damaging the cars with it's glue, everyone is rude and don't care about the tenants. ***lego is a man and every month a man send us email to tell the people wash your dishes and throw your sanitary pads in the dustbin this is disgusting we are not staying in a school. We as woman don't like it. No respect for human rights as you can go without water and electricity for days without any formal communication from them , the electric fence doesn't work and promise to fixed it but don't do it,the rotten susbun place have ****roaches and rats , the owner doesn't look after this complex either, Imagine staying in an apartment that doesn't have respect for your rights as a tenant. 11 at night I received emails from the lawyer it's my private time. I also taking the lawyer to the attorney order to sort out matters that happened in 2023, I don't recommend this people to rent out your property or this place . If they treated us well I would've reconsider a good review, I was one of the first tenants staying in this place but so glad um moving out.

Bad communication & don’t pay sold goods
I stocks Railways cafe in sirens with me pressed ceiling decor, and have a very bad experience with this people, they took R7000 of my stuff but didn’t sign my contact or pay the money out of the goods that was sold, I will take off this review if they pay me for the goods that was sold, they hardly answer my calls or WhatsApps, I can’t do business with Tanya from Railways Cafe in Irene
