Problems from day 1 with Mobile Talk and Telkom
My problems started when Mobile Talk phoned me and offered me a Telkom wireless router and data bundle on a very special deal. Making the biggest mistake of my life, I accepted the deal. A couple of days later I received a package from Mobile Talk containing a very cheap cell phone with 2 SIM cards. I queried and they informed me that the router deal has expired and that I got the cell phone instead. I immediately cancelled the deal and send the cell phone + the 2 SIM cards back to Mobile Talk. Mobile Talk acknowledge cancellation of the deal and promised me that Telkom wont debit my account. Big surprise, Telkom start debiting my account the very next month and I cant seem to get rid of them. I have phoned Mobile Talk and they say that I must call the Telkom call centre as it is now out of their hands! I have phone the call centre a couple of times now, and after waiting 45 minutes each time I have given up. I now have to pay my bank a once of fee to put a stop order against Telkom. All because I was lied to by Mobile Talk!

Stay away from Mobile Talk if you know what is good for you!!
Mobile Talk phoned me and offered me unlimited data with a router. I accept the deal, however, a few days later they delivered a phone and 2 SIM cards. Not at all what they promised me on the phone. I returned the cell and sim cards the next day after spoking to Mobile Talk a number of times. Even though the deal was cancelled, the still deduct R 300 from my account on the 1st June 2018. I am so disappointed in this company and won’t recommend them to anyone. I don’t think I will ever get my money back.

Great service at Phaalies Auto
I recently bought a Land rover Discovery 4 from Phaalies Auto. I was very impressed with the service and the way both Jaco (the owner) and Julian (the Sales manager) treated me. They gave me a fair trade in value on the 2 vehicles I trade in for the Discovery. Jaco took me in detail through the Discovery and point out the few scratches there were and also offer, without me asking, to fix the one scratch on the rear bumper. In addition, they register the vehicle in my name at no extra cost and I received the registration papers as promised on the day I took delivery of the vehicle. I will definitely recommend Phaalies to my friends.
