Excellent Investigative s****s and response
Dear 7Arrows Team I would like to thank you for the outstanding service your team on the ground give our family. We were concerned about a man that had approached our teenager trying to offer him drinks and a ride. 7Arrows’ strategy to keep him safe and the follow through with the guards on the ground has been unrivaled and way beyond our expectations. The team identified the possible vehicle and driver, obtained a registration number and identified the address in the neighborhood he was most likely to reside at. They also increased their presence outside our property and gave regular feedback to us. We now believe that this gentleman has moved on as he has not been sighted for a little while now.

Continued Excellent service
We unfortunately had a trespasser on the property the night of 2 February 2018, whilst we were away. Your staff was amazing, as always. Themba in the control room kept me up to date, phoning me back each time as promised, whilst Leonard apprehended the trespasser. Thank you so much to 7 Arrows for your continued excellent service!

Phenomenal Guarding!
First of all thank you personally for your excellent service and assisting us at the drop of a hat. It has been a pleasure dealing with you so just wanted to thank you for that. Secondly, the guard responsible for scaring off the intruders on their second attempt to gain access in our property is a phenomenal guy. He was so active and patrolling 24/7 and really gave us a sense of security.

Proactive patrols for non clients - Thank you
Hi, I just wanted to say thank you. Your local patrol car has just buzzed my intercom to tell me our garage door was open. We are not a customer but I really appreciated him taking his time to stop and buzz me, and concerned for our safety. Keep it up, and thank him for us.

Great work!
I would like to thank 7 arrows and their roaming security . Early hours of morning we received a call and they persisted ( husband couldn't hear clearly) until we answered to tell us our main gate had opened ???????? They stayed a while after closing to ensure we had no un invited guests . Thanks guys so appreciated

Thank you so much for being here for us last night. Our neighbour drove through our boundary wall and it was so comforting to know that a 7Arrows security personal looked out for us during the night. I am not sure who the man was but just wanted him to know how grateful we are. Thank You

Well done - Client review
Good Response - client review: Dear Sirs My neighbour phoned me for help, unbeknown to me he had been lying on his floor all day and then managed to crawl to his phone. I had set the alarm off on entering his property and 7Arrows phoned and I told them that I had a problem and asked if they could call an ambulance. The response was very good -two of your guards came in separate vehicles and then the ambulance and paramedics came.We finally got him to the Hospital where he still is. I would like to say well done to everyone who helped me. Thank you once again

Car Thief apprehended - Happy resident
Resident review: I would like to say a sincere thank you to your 7Arrows team I returned home at the time, to find your team , headed up by a man called Greedy, on my verge They had apprehended a man who had been trying to break into a car outside my gate, belonging to a business associate of mine. Apparently the 7Arrows team had been patrolling in an unmarked car. They must have been extremely vigilant to notice the body language of the man, who could potentially have been the car owner. He was well dressed. They said they just noticed his swift movement withdrawing his hand from an opening in the window. They were very firm with the man and remained with him for quite some time outside my house. I think it’s very important that they be commended for this. They were very professional and extremely vigilant and it is wonderful to know that we are secured in our area by your excellent people. Very much appreciated

Another happy resident: Response on alarm activation, from phoning to the vehicle arriving at our complex has been fantastic! Very happy with the level of service received and the reaction teams are very courteous and professional.
