Arrogant and disrespectful
7 Arrows Security is run by arrogant and selfish people who have no respect for others. They once chased and recovered a car in Alexandra but in the process, their trigger happy, rude and arrogant security personnel fired shots at the hijackers and hit my car, which was parked in the process. My car had a huge bullet hole at the back and when I approached them, one of the security members told me to shut up or he will blow my f****ng head off. A heated argument took place between me and them. They had no remorse whatsoever for what hey had done, I still have video footage and witnesses of the incident. I went to their work place a few days later and I was threatened and one of the security personnel provoked me telling me that he ill moer me. He went on to take off his vest, gave his belongings to another and called me to fight him. I was not going to fight him, I just wanted to know who was going to pay for my car. These guys are disgustingly arrogant and they’re rude.

Provident fund
I worked for 7arrows in 2015 and they don't want to pay my provider fund.i sent them emails and phoned them still nothing happens.they promised to pay me in 2016 but nothing happened until today. I went to the office and they gave me forms to fill in 2017.i gave them my bank statement as requested but they don't want to pay me and now I don't know what else I can do. from 2015 until today 2020 .I hope I will have all the interests the day I get my money

Seven Arrows "Securuty"... I think not
What a ridiculous bunch of idiots. I have been telling them 4 4 years that I no longer live in a complex in Germiston and moved to the Cape in 2016. Undeterred they are still sending SMS's and the odd phone call, 8 SMS's in the last 2 days.... 7 battery low and 1 panic. Why would you notify a person in Cape Town about a panic button in Germiston.

7 Arrow Security firm
They are top class and if I accidently forget to switch my alarm off within seconds of entering my house, yes seconds, my house phone and cell phone are ringing. One day I came home from shopping and for some reason my key would not open my door. I called 7 Arrows and they sent a guard to my house and he stayed with me and eventually got the door open. Recently I had just gone out to a restaurant with my friends and my phone rang to say my alarm had gone off but as I was not driving my car I could not go home to see what the problem was. I asked 7 Arrows to send someone around to check that all was in order. When I phoned back to check they said everything was okay so I was able to enjoy my outing, but to my surprise when I returned home 1 1/2 hours later, low and behold the security guard was sitting in his car outside my house waiting for me to return. He said he didn't want to leave until I returned and could check the house to see that all was in order. As a pensioner they also always give me special reduced rates. One morning I was sitting outside in the back yard with my paraplegic husband and a man jumped over the wall into our yard. He ran to the back of the property then retraced his steps to go back to the road. In the meantime I rushed my husband inside and phoned 7 Arrows. Within less than 5 minites they arrived and arrested the man as he climbed over the fence to run away. He was apparently a foreigner who had no permit to be in SA and the police were trying to catch him when he jumped over my wall. I feel very safe with them as my security firm as I know if I am ever in trouble they will be there for me. Thank you 7 Arrows You truly are the best. Lyn Early

Beware of 7 Arrows Security !
Be very careful of signing up with 7 Arrows Security, I have been trying to change a debit order of theirs to another bank account and they refuse to answer emails etc and a year later are still debiting the incorrect account. They also do not respond to your alarm being activated which mine was a while ago and I had to phone them to ask for assistance. Disgusting service.

Excellency can not be easily found
Good day Team I'm writing to express my joy I stay at Lusam Mansion we have the worse caretaker you can find. But having Sabelo Ntuli amongst those sour securities and people makes me to find myself with a smile. He even knows our kids by names, I wonder why others don't learn from him. I'm not saying they must be easy but they should do it with love we all have our problems, they should learn from Mr Ntuli as we call him.

We were concerned about a man that had approached our teenager trying to offer him drinks and a ride. 7Arrows’ strategy to keep him safe and the follow through with the guards on the ground has been unrivaled and way beyond our expectations. The team identified the possible vehicle and driver, obtained a registration number and identified the address in the neighborhood he was most likely to reside at. They also increased their presence outside our property and gave regular feedback to us. We now believe that this gentleman has moved on as he has not been sighted for a little while now.
