I am very saddened that there is no customer support. You send emails or call and deal with bot automation response. I requested a cancellation on my product and there is no response other than an immediate shipment order
I had a data billing inquiry that affected my my Vodacom app where i lost out on airtime. Vodacom listened to my story, doubled checked everything and sorted it out within 24 hrs, even refunding my airtime balance. Thank you Vodacom for your fantastic service
