I had difficulty copying my data and WhatsApp History messages. I went to them because I was using Huawei P40 Light. I was told that the gadget disk that Huawei is not supported by Samsung. They said it was impossible for them to save that data on Gmail. The following day I went to SAMSUNG Vodaworld. Huraah!! it was joy that they served me so well and transferred all my WhatsApp History and all data to my new Samsung phone. When I arrived they just told me that it was easy to do that and promised to help me. Indeed I went out of Samsung Desk Vodaworld with a smile. All my information was copied to from Huawei to Samsung phone.
Staff at the check in point should be trained with customer service. I was on my way to Victoria Falls on the 20th January 2023. Whilst checking the machine picked up lotions that were not suppose to be allowed in. Before I could talk to the lady who removed my things from my bag she had already threw some items in the bin. I had to call her to order to explain properly and ask if I have a solution. I had to quickly take some of the staff and told her that my niece is around and will take my items. Even if a person is busy she must not use the power of being in control. Also one of the items thrown in the bin was quarter even if the bottle said 200ml. the airport must really consider. I eventually managed to save some of the items and gave them to my niece. My other question is the way the bin is locked you wonder what happens to the confiscated items. Another customer was following me and had a quilt and could not understand why was he not allowed to take it with him. When he turned around with the quilt the lady spoke in vernacular that if he does not comply he must use his own plane. I was shocked by the remark. That was not fair because he was shocked just like I was. Training is required you talk rude to the people who put a plate of food on your table. We are chasing away tourist who try to improve our economy. Thanks to the Airport management for listening and addressing. We are not educated about how the airport works and people must learn to be patient and serve us properly.
I forgot my password for the Vodacom email. When I click forgot password the system tells me that I don't have security questions. I phoned Vodacom on Monday the 30th January 2023 and asked them to assist with the password. They indicated that I will be assisted and it will take about 48 hours - really just to give me a new temporary password can take that long. Today is the 01 February I expected them to give me the temp password instead I received a message that they are still investigating. What are they investigating because I have not reported crime what they should have investigated long ago regarding my outlook messages, they failed completely and gave me a slap on the face. Forgetting that they are the ones that se tup the system. Now they are investigating that I forgot my password. What a shame to this big company. I just want to access my emails and complete the process of notifying those that I have not been able to reach out to top using this useless email. There are better service providers who are waiting for me. Please Vodamail give me what belongs to me so that I can part my distressing relationship with you. three months down the line I am still waiting for Vodacom to assist me. They cant even give me the name of their top manager and ombudsman. I am Tired of writing this story to access my previous vodamails emails. They are the ones that changed the product/system and they must resolve this problem. I am missing important sensitive information that is sitting in that email. They are thugs. Their response is always saying "one of our technician will assist you" not sure if they are still going to manufacture that technician - ek is gatvol. When I call and they fail to assist they will promise that they will also refer (their name is refer and technician wil call) the next thing you receive sms that the call has been closed - disgusting.
Three months down the line my email is not resolved. Struggling to get mu previous emails they keep on closing cases without resolving the problem. They claimed that my problem has been referred to the technical problem then quickly close the case. I requested their ombudsman's number still waiting. They do not take their customers who have been making their business flourish seriously and they are costing me finance constraints with confidential documents lying there. I started with them donkey years ago and they installed this email but when problems occur they keep quiet. I am not sure what next to to? City Press maybe? I am aggrieved right now. As said in my previous note, my late husband will rise from his grave because this disadvantage his children, Maybe I must use my language fort them to understand. I do not need their apology but them to provide urgent important service.
Three weeks back I complained on Hallopeter about not accessing vodamail old communication. Vodacom assisted but only to find that I can only find emails from May 2022. They replied privately. I then sent them on Vodacom Hellopeter that from 4th May backward emails are missing and that is what I am desperately looking for. My husband might be turning from his grave. All important information is sitting somewhere. I wrote them on the 22 Jun 2022 and also logged a telephone call but it seems I am working with a ghost. Any ombudsman I can contact? thing swill expire whilst I am waiting fore this ghost., They are the ones the set this email when I join them. They are the ones who changed their systems and they must fix this mess.
I have been using vodamail address for ages. It now looks like vodamail is now experiencing problems that they cannot resolve but do not want to acknowledge. Falls promises were made, falls information on how to log into the system has been provided. I have been sent from pillar to post and my problem is not resolved. I used the expensive petrol visiting Vodaworld but nothing positive came out of this visit except more frustrations. My important messages have disappeared and that is what I desperately want now.
