Terrible/Pathetic service of Bakgat pools (Shane)

Bakgat Pools Western Cape have the worst and terrible service ever. Started with installation in November 2017. Pool was installed without side reinforcement. Pool side walls buckled in. Beginning of February 2018, after numerous complaints they opened the whole pool again, installing the reinforcement. After that they left my pool with a lot of dirt in it and never removed the stockpiles of gravel from my premises. Pool sides are still buckling due to poor workmanship. Shane never answer any mails or phone calls. 6 months down the line and pool is still in a bad shape. People be aware of this company/Shane. They don`t have a clue how to install pools. Bad bad service.
