I have been sending emails to MTN non-stop and written reviews on Hello Peter with no feedback, it is impossible to believe that no one at MTN would even bother to resolve this issue or at least have the decency to contact me or answer my emails.
I have been trying to resolve an account issue with MTN's legal department for 3-months, they cannot give a straight answer and their service is shocking. Their telephone service is terrible and they blatantly tell you they cannot help you, they have an automated email system, I cannot speak to a computer, I need someone to resolve this matter. Surely this issue could have been resolved in a matter of days?
MTN's service is shocking, I have been trying to resolve a legal status matter for the last 11 days, I have sent emails, I have phoned, I went into a Store, and no one will assist me, the only feedback I get from MTN is "someone will get back to me" or an automated reply that says "someone will get back to me" Needless to say these people are useless and no one is getting back to me. The legal matter was resolved with their attorneys in May 2018, and yet these people cannot do a simple thing like removing a legal status.
Shocking Service, Dishonest Owner, A month after they installed my geyser it burst, and they claim that it’s not their problem. The Owner has not come out to have a look at the Geyser and already saying that there is something else wrong and want to charge me a call out fee. I hope everyone reads this review and not make use of them!!!
