Worst service, shoes doesn't match
Sandals bought didn't match each other. Reported it, received zero apologies but luckily was granted a voucher (not a refund). Still had to carry the courier costs even though pair not matching wasn't my own mistake. Can not get hold of them on any platform ever. Still waiting for feedback on paperwork. Terrible customer service

Brands Furniture Ballford Park & Gonubie
Sales staff across branches doesn't know their own products. Got the wrong couch in the end and now the best they can do is make one for us with a 6 weeks waiting period. Stay away from this store! Buy your lazyboy's at one of the numerous competition stores.

Bad Service from William Hunt Randburg
William Hunt Randburg sold a second-hand Isuzu double cab with 50 000km on the clock to us of which the gearbox needed replacement in first 6 weeks. Took them 5 weeks to change ownership of the Bakkie. Sent an email to the dealer principle without any response. Would not recommend them to Isuzu clients.

Excellent service & support
Senior adviser Mr Ntokozo Radede is best, can highly recommend him for queries, he sorts you out 2 ticks! Have been with MiWay for 8 years, always accommodating with requests and claims, without any delays. Roadside assist has always been there when needed, even in rural areas. Personally it has been a pleasure to be with them, don't change your recipe MiWay. :)
