Worst service, shoes doesn't match
Sandals bought didn't match each other. Reported it, received zero apologies but luckily was granted a voucher (not a refund). Still had to carry the courier costs even though pair not matching wasn't my own mistake. Can not get hold of them on any platform ever. Still waiting for feedback on paperwork. Terrible customer service

Excellent service & support
Senior adviser Mr Ntokozo Radede is best, can highly recommend him for queries, he sorts you out 2 ticks! Have been with MiWay for 8 years, always accommodating with requests and claims, without any delays. Roadside assist has always been there when needed, even in rural areas. Personally it has been a pleasure to be with them, don't change your recipe MiWay. :)
