Mistreatment by a docters practise manager Stllenbosch mediclinic
On 13 feb 2023 i rushed to the ER stellenbosch mediclinic with my son who had chest pain and could not breath,he was then admitted in hosp ,on 21 Feb i recieved an account from the docter that was declined by my medical aid ,so i phoned the hosp and they explained why it was not paif,i phoned the docters practise and Nerine Truter answered and told mr that the docter could not make any cahnges on the codes and refered me to their accounts people where i spoke to Warren who said i should send an email.If did do and recieved a nasty email from Nerine Truter the practise manager where she accused me as that i was threathening the docter soi pckrd up the phone and phoned her asking her to the allegations made i told her that the hospital told me that the docter were never suppose to go over my child and asked her whos at fault she then replied its your fault for taking your child to the Er mediclinic stellenbosch,i then flipped and asked her where i should havr taken my chil,you have a person hr cannot breath pain on the chest soyou should just give him sugar water and leave him to die,the docter never phoned me back ,im just a desperate mother who is bei g mistreated by a practise manager who is not even the docter himself,im also going to take thisto the medical board and ombuds man this mistreating of people has to stop ,to how many others does this person do this we are human beings not animals and would like to be treated as such

Mistreatment by practise manager Stellenbosch Mediclinic
On 13 feb my child was rushed to the Er stellenbosch mediclinic with chest pain and trouble breathing ,he was admitted in hosp with anxiety ,so 21 Feb i recieved acounys declined by the medical aid for a certain code,i phones the hosp accounts deprt they referred me to the docters practise where Nerine Truter told me they cannot change codes and refer me to their accounts dept where I spoke to Warren friendly guy he said i should send email which i did he send it to Nerine and she responded that docter is upset and that i threatened them to change the codes ,so i phoned and asked her why she said something like that and who is at fault here she responded not the hosp not the docter it is my fault as i took my child to the Er,i responded that im a mother if a child complaints about chest pain and struggle to breath what would you do would you leaceyour child to die or go to the hospital shedid not respond and ive asked for the docter to phone me but he never phoned ,why would someone treat you like trash she is above the docter or they are in cahoots howm many people suffer this kind of mistreatment from them

African debt Advisors Fraudulent debit order
On 9 March a lady (W) phone me from african debt advisors and explained to me that they have been appointed by the goverment to help lower interest rates where one pays loans and othebrreatail acoints, i started with thee application, but later another lady phone me to say that it isconsolidation and i then said that i kindly have to withdraw my application as a gentle man sent me a msg and said that he was my portfolio administrater named Enoch, i told him that i am married in comunity of property and that my husband declined the application as well, he promised me the application is being withdrawn, as i havent signed anything and has not submitted my id and payslip and proof of adress to them as stated in the message sent to me, it is with great shock that i found today that a debit order of R4037. 10 has been made against my bank account, this is surely fraud as i have never signed any agreemant with these people, i tried calling on the number on the internet with no luck, i now need to pay bank costs as my other debit orders also went off and there is zero fees in my account, i am taking legal action as i never authorized these people and have not signed a agreemant with them

Bad service
On 2 of June 2018 i placed an order telephonic with Debonairs die boord Stellenbosch,the lady took my order and asked for my adress this was 7:10 pm ,she told me that they do deliveries in my area and told me i will wait 40 min,it was round about 8:25 that i recieved a call from the driver to say they dont deliver in my area and that i shoul meet him somewhere else,his name Tass cell ********** 073, the lady from the store thenphoned me and apologized and said that the driver did not want to come to my adress as he feels its not safe to come here,i phoned him back and asked him why he did not want to deliver here and he just said they dont do deliveries in my area aa told by the lady in store,the lady on the other hand said she spoke tothe manager and confirmed that their bikes do come to my area,i am really ****ed off as this is unacceptable ,the driver acted aa if he owns Debonairs and refused to come and deliver my pizza,this is really unacceptable..... I would like ,i i will never ever support hat store and will never recommend my friends and fam to support them as well
