WA Auctions AWOL!!!
Customer Services is basically non existant. They were hidding behind the COVID-19 Pandemic and restrictions using it as an excuse for not dispatching my products!!!! The whole of 2021 they issued 1 tracking list to date. Last I enquired, they said they have now stopped WhatsApp auctions but will be dispatching all parcels. Now they have disappeared!

Taken for a ride, false promises,unprofessional!
My first order was not on time as per scheduled delivery date, It was rescheduled twice. One of my ordered products, an electric kettle was faulty and I requested a pick up for the return but after 5 attempts and scheduled election dates they still did not honour the collection!!!
