Viewed solar equipment on the website www.solarshopza.com and ordered an Inverter and batteries to the value of R 94 000. The quote was received via email; I requested proof of bank account, this was received. Payment was made and the supplier confirmed receipt thereof. I tried to make contact again, but no success. I have reported this now to the authorities.

SOLARSHOPZA I recently ordered and paid for an Inverter and batteries to the value of R 90k. I requested proof of bank account before I paid. The sales person I was dealing with has also stopped responding to my mails. I will now proceed to report to Police and ask my bank to investigate to return my funds. Stay away. Don't think this is a legitimate company.

Untruthful Sales
Untruthful sales! Vezi Bongiwe insured me that I will be on a month to month term before I signed up for Telkom Fibre. I have a written email proof of this from the Telkom employee. Telkom registered me as Contract client...? And now I cannot cancel. Reason why want to cancel... No internet connection most of the time or very slow. Spent thousands on technicians and all of of them blame Telkom lines! Do not know what to do... Think legal action with costs must be the next step.
