Unprofessional Company and people working for Sellmore Homes.

After putting in a offer to purchase on a Insolvent Property that fell through the carpet , Suzet told us that she will followup with Caroline Olivier to refund our deposit of R125 000.00 within 10 days as stipulated in the contract and up to this day we still haven't received our deposit back and that this is in breech of contract and that this matter will be taken further, our Attorney is currently busy with all the documentation and will be in contact soon with Carol and Suzet from Sellmore Homes and that I recommend that no one should deal with them as they are very unprofessional. I have tried calling Carol a 100 times with no answer or even a call back to notify me with what is going on with our deposit and if I call Suzet she just tells me that she doesn't have anything to do with the financials and that I have to email Carol. If Carol desides to respond to my email she will blame her and Suzet's health and that she will only be back in office "today" and will then followup on the deposit refund. I have been waiting a month now for our deposit with still no reply from Carol. They will sure be hearing from our attorney shortly.
