Hi. Looking at these comments after a whole year. Sorry I dont have facebook so i cant answer the comments. This was the best i could do. SELLMORE HOMES - FRAUD!!!! CAROL AND SUZET FRAUD!!!!
Pathetic service from Sellmore Homes, after i paid my deposit all communication ended. I had to keep following up and they kept making poor excuses, I decided to withdraw and they advised I need to send documents, I submitted my documents on 27th May already for deposit refund and still waiting. Suzet just keeps on telling me that she doesn't have anything to do with the financials and that I have to email Carol. Numerous attempts to get hold of Carol Olivier with no answer, Suzet Pienaar on the other hand uses an excuse about her health. This has been so frustrating and stressful. I please need assistance.

Pathetic service from Sellmore Homes, after i paid my deposit all communication ended. Unprofessional Company and people working for Sellmore Homes.
After putting in a offer to purchase on a Insolvent Property that fell through the carpet , Suzet told us that she will followup with Caroline Olivier to refund our deposit of R125 000.00 within 10 days as stipulated in the contract and up to this day we still haven't received our deposit back and that this is in breech of contract and that this matter will be taken further, our Attorney is currently busy with all the documentation and will be in contact soon with Carol and Suzet from Sellmore Homes and that I recommend that no one should deal with them as they are very unprofessional. I have tried calling Carol a 100 times with no answer or even a call back to notify me with what is going on with our deposit and if I call Suzet she just tells me that she doesn't have anything to do with the financials and that I have to email Carol. If Carol desides to respond to my email she will blame her and Suzet's health and that she will only be back in office "today" and will then followup on the deposit refund. I have been waiting a month now for our deposit with still no reply from Carol. They will sure be hearing from our attorney shortly.

Suzet very good
I have been very happy with Suzet Pienaar. She works for the company and does not actually receive the money. She is an agent. |And yes it took time to get my refund, but i got it paid in full. I have bought a house in Daveyton from her 6 months ago, and again put an offer in on a house in Germiston 3 months ago that was sold for a higher price. She was upfront all the time with me

Suzet very good

Got my money back. Average service
I have dealt with Suzet Pienaar for more than a year. I have bought properties and withdrew from offers. They took longer than said to refund, but i received my moeny with interest back.

bad service
I bought a flat from Sellmore homes i paid cash for it in February 2017,till today the property is not registered in my name.they refuse to bring my money back because a year later still there is no sign of me getting my apartment registerd in my name nor my interest gained paid out to me.
