Even one star is too much for this rubbish company. My family have contracts with telkom on all our phones for 3 years. Now for the past few months the network reception in our area is so bad we can only make and receive calls while roaming on mtn. The data is useless because we cant connect to telkom. And while roaming we can't benefit fully from the internet. We keep complaining.... we don't even get a reference number. Just some stupid useless message. When you try phoning the worst customer service that you can come across in south africa.... you wait upto an hour with no response. Can't even cancel my contracts. I need to take put a new data contract. The best deals are telkom. But its worthless because you cant connect. How do we get their attention. And maybe telkom should put boosters in our area because i personally know of about 8 people on my street alone with telkom contracts...... that are basically useless. IDIOTS BUT WHO FROM TELKOM WILL PAY ATTENTION TO OUR COMPLAINTS?????
