I had an accident on Friday 2nd April, when I called dial direct I was told they don't do claims on holidays or weekends I was told. Furthermore when I called again I was told to get my car fixed and send the invoice. I did that since I was in the middle of nowhere. I sent them emails of the policy number & invoices I paid my email notification shows delivered but today the 6th April they claim no emails were received from me. And besides my efforts to contact dial direct they will never ever call you back unless you want to take out insurance with them. They are never late to collect their debit order but they don't work on long weekends does that mean we shouldn't drive on long weekends or holidays? Can they help me with the same breath that they debit my account with
I bought tyres on the 21st January 2021,on the 22nd January 2021 the Tyre busted open and tore into two parts. When I went to the best drive in vereeniging where I bought the tyres, they first said they will take the Tyre for investigation, then while I was waiting William took the other part and then came back showing me holes that were not there when we checked the Tyre together saying they can't refund. I mean 4 guys checked the Tyre with him and said the Tyre must have been faulty. But apparently the other guy miraculously found holes. And said the Tyre tore into two because I drove on it. Of course I had to drive out of the road and find a spot to park the car.
Terrible service.... They act like it's a free service... Waited 40 minutes just to get a drink.. Terrible waitresses & horrible service all round.
Frustrated is putting it mildly,so my house was bought and my transferring attorney has been ready to lodge 10 days ago,But the BIG wait is from ABSA bond attorneys, they are stalling or simply too lazy to do their work because countless times my conveyancer reached out to them but they are just not budging so that she can go forward and lodge.my conveyancer even said she will ask the buyer to ask them why they are not sending documents to lodge.I dont understand why ABSA always employs people who are lazy to work or just not qualified to do their work without being pushed.I hope this get attended to soon
terrible service, this is what absa are great at. 2 to 3 weeks trying to open a business account is such a mammoth task how do people even trust them with their money or business in the first place is a mystery, this is what the do when you write a review on them they get up and act like they are on top of things and then go back to slacking.I was dealing with Brenda van der merwe and her service is miserable to say the least.
have been trying to open an absa business account the response is so tardy and unfortunately the branches do not assist with opening of new accounts two weeks later my online request has still not been allocated to a banker to assist activate the account.I havent been happy with absa even as their day to day account holder, they are very slow and careless about the service they are supposedly giving to customers
Liberty has this investment called Gateway.I invested money with them.beginning of the week I called to make a full withdrawal of my funds, first they sent me a wrong form for the cancellation. Then I called them (liberty,)for the correct form, which I got filled in with all their requirements. Then I immediately get a call asking why I want to cancel and I told them I need a place to stay and found one and I should make payment on Friday which they said it's fine I Will get my funds. Tuesday I get the mail I can't get my funds and I should cancel. The investment.I told them that was my initial call on Monday when I called and I filled in the forms again and sent back.with the consultant promising escalation since the error was on their part.Friday I'm sitting here calling liberty being sent from pillar to post still no funds in my account one consultant even told me there are no funds in my investment.so now I get we are still waiting for the markets.where is the loyalty, integrity and all those fancy words that liberty pride themselves in?at some point I even got told there's nothing they can do.and it's my money they are telling me there's nothing they can do to release my funds.
I bought my fiat 500X in march 2016,brand new paid cash for the car, In June 2016 the car wouldnt start, then Fiat came to fetch and sort out the problem,in August 2016 the same thing happened, then again in September 2016, I spoke to Bradley at the dealership about taking the car back but he insisted that they have now detected the problem and the car shouldnt be a problem,I told him they only say that the car is fixed just so they can buy time and that I run out of reason to have them take the car back, with that being said I reckoned the car issues has been sorted. and I love the car. Come October 2017 the car just died completely and fiat took the car in for a month,I get my car back first I have a meeting with DP because I felt harrased to bring the courtesy car back since i told them I dont want the 500X car since it has so many malfunctions. The DP then tells me to either trade in my car or go to the motor ombudsman because they wont take the car back. a week after i get my car back the cruise control of the car doesnt work,i called the dealership and they told me to take the car to the nearest dealer but if anything goes wrong they wont touch the car or better yet I best take the car to Fiat South Africa ,i am still here the Cruise control doesnt work ,i have been calling Fiat SA back and forth with no answers The dealership is not keen on taking my car,Fiat SA doesnt take any cars.It is very clear that this car was faulty from the get go,but Fiat and the dealership refuse to take responsibility for the faulty car.
i bought a house from an estate agent a year ago and the house is still not registered in my name, the estate agent, transferring agents are all waiting on Absa to give them the contract.Absa wont tell me who is dealing with the contract,It has been a year now and nothing is moving,i was given a new contract on the 31 January and till today the is no movement. No one at Absa knows what is happening. Is this even possible?
