Worst service ever
Worst services ever in the history of restaurants, ordered for food and waited for more than two ****en hours for a simple meal. Worst place to visit, if you want to eat there then order your food 3 days in advance , never again!!!!!

Disappointing Food
Paid R60 for a salted caramel milkshake, not very flavourful, it was a deluxe milkshake but was smaller than a regular bubbelegum milkshake and in a different glass. The loaded fries took more than 20 minutes to arrive and wasn't even hot when it showed up. Paid R25 for bacon added and only got about 2 tables****s worth of bacon bits. The cheese sauce needed a lot of salt and wasn't smooth, it had a grainy texture. Waiter didn't check in even once during the meal.

Horrible food and service!!!
Our waiter didn't understand clear information regarding our food and also we have never experienced such bad food from them.. Our steaks were far from right and the cheese the put on their famous burgers was still frozen... Its not like they were killer busy anyway so we will never recommend this place to anyone and also never return!!!

Horrible food and service!!!

STAY AWAY!!!!!!
Waited at the door for more than an hour. What the hell is that. People sitting around not eating nor drinking. Eventually got seated without any waiter serving us. Will definitely not recommend gas ****** to anyone. Why waiting for drunk ANC members before I get service. Stay away people......!!!!!!!

STAY AWAY!!!!!!
Waited at the door for more than an hour. What the hell is that. People sitting around not eating nor drinking. Eventually got seated without any waiter serving us. Will definitely not recommend gas ****** to anyone. Why waiting for drunk ANC members before I get service. Stay away people......!!!!!!!

Bad service
We waited for about 20 min at the door to be seated,we eventually let ourselves in and sat ourselves down,we had to beg for a waiter to actually serve us..and when the waiter finally decided to grace us with their presence,we were informed that the kitchen closes at around 8:30pm while we watched other customers being served food. Later on after our waiter had knocked offz,we called and asked for another waiter to o serve us and his response was directing us with his had that we should take our flat asses to the bar to serve ourselves

Not worth it - Gas Monkey Vanderbijlpark
Never to be repeated, abysmal experience with this "international" franchise. Food varied from terrible to acceptable, depending on the dish. Reservation on-line was futile, and had to be confirmed by telephone. The waiter, Skype, was friendly and efficient but his efforts were hampered by an kitchen overwhelmed by the expectation of starters being prepared and delivered before main courses. 2.5 hours into the experience and food had not yet been delivered- including starters. Management seemed inexperienced and inept. Several patrons were observed complaining, some leaving prematurely. Sadly, just not worth the hype. And an embarrassing experience to hosts with NZ and Aus visitors.

Good service
Excellent service from Skye the waiter-please keep it up Food is just delightful and the atmosphere is perfect to forget about all your worries. Best place for friends to gather and have a good time. Thanks Skye for making this my no 1 choice of all restaurants.

Gas Monkey Pub and Grill, Enerald Casino customer service sucks
I was at Gas Monkey Pub and Grill at Emerald Casino, Vanderbijlpark yesterday, 29 December 2021 with my family we were 16 in number. Since we ordered food from 15h30, the order was not ready until 17h15. The was no service from the waiter, no update to explain if they are experiencing a delay. Until we decided to leave and pay for the drinks we had but paying for them was also a struggle, the lady at the till claimed she won’t be able to assist if we don’t know the name of the wait. We told them if they won’t assist we are leaving it’s then when they assisted us. The customer service sucks, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to visit the place
