We waited for about 20 min at the door to be seated,we eventually let ourselves in and sat ourselves down,we had to beg for a waiter to actually serve us..and when the waiter finally decided to grace us with their presence,we were informed that the kitchen closes at around 8:30pm while we watched other customers being served food. Later on after our waiter had knocked offz,we called and asked for another waiter to o serve us and his response was directing us with his had that we should take our flat asses to the bar to serve ourselves
The Adidas outlet at Bedworthpark should stop advertising products on the Whatsapp group that they created for customers because the people who work there take every item on sale for themselves and when customers arrive there products are always out of stock where in actual fact they are taken by the staff
Went to the store today(16th June) I was shopping for a tv,told the salesman which tv I want. The store closed at 16:00pm,at 15:55 all those guys by the tv side were nowhere to be found,they had already been to the back waiting to clock out,we couldn’t buy the tv that we want,the worst part is that I won’t be able to buy it before the sale ends because I will be at work
I bought the Defy Gemini vitroceramic top glass Model: DHD 413 HOB Gemini 820 cp Bu on the 10th of January from your branch in Vanderbijlpark,till today I haven’t received the topglass sponge that goes underneath the glass top to prevent the stove from burning cupboards. They have been giving me the runaround till this day,I am honestly tired of the excuses.
I went there,tried to buy slush and the lady stared in my eyes and told me that it was not available while it was right there staring at me..I asked her how is it not available while I’m looking at it. She told me that they aren’t supposed to sell it. It’s not the first time they refused to sell to me,last week I wanted to buy a bottle of water and I was told to go to Fishaways.
Hi, I cancelled my investment policy on the 14 /11/2022. I haven’t received any response or the money,but you guys continue deducting money from my account.That is my momey and I have a right to cancel if I want to.Please fix this ASAP! I need that money urgently from this policy

I bought a set of underwear and bra’s..The underwears had a price tag of R100..however they scanned R120,I told the cashier that I’m going to pay the amount on the price tag,she called the supervisor or manager to assist with this,she came and asked if I wanted to pay the price that is on the price tag and I said yes,she told me that the bra’s price on the price tag is R160 however,when scanned it’s R130,she told me that I’m gonna pay the amount on the price tag and not the scanned price because I said that I am going to pay the price on the tag for the underwear with an attitude on her face
Applied for a personal loan on Monday ,still haven’t received it,I’ve been calling the whole week and no one seems to be able to assist me,can’t register on their website because I’ve been told my numbers are not the ones they have on record,went to the branch to fix this and I was told they would escalate to helpdesk😡
This enterprise is racist,white people are allowed in the casino without a mask and black people are allowed access into the casino without a mask,we were denied access because we didn’t have masks and white people were allowed inside without a mask…I actually had a fight with the casino guards because we left our masks in the Hotel, but white people were allowed to go inside the casino without masks ,wow really disappointed ,I asked the security guard about this and he said If I have a problem I should go complain about it
