Gas Monkey Pub and Grill, Enerald Casino customer service sucks

I was at Gas Monkey Pub and Grill at Emerald Casino, Vanderbijlpark yesterday, 29 December 2021 with my family we were 16 in number. Since we ordered food from 15h30, the order was not ready until 17h15. The was no service from the waiter, no update to explain if they are experiencing a delay. Until we decided to leave and pay for the drinks we had but paying for them was also a struggle, the lady at the till claimed she won’t be able to assist if we don’t know the name of the wait. We told them if they won’t assist we are leaving it’s then when they assisted us. The customer service sucks, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to visit the place
