I'm furious to say the least, my contract came to an end in April 2024 after 3 yrs and I never defaulted. This contract was cancelled in time but Telkom still debited my account after I requested for cancellation, as a result i only had a R400 in my bank account as I made provision for device insurance only but this obviously bounced back as Telkom *****ulently wanted to debit my account for the full amount. Within 13 days I was handed over to Nudebt Debt collections and this morning received a message that I have a adverse listing due to Telkom default. I'm livid, my credit scoring has been messed up big time, I had plans to buy a property in the next 3 months but due to Telkom and it's illiterate employee I'm flagged on TransUnion. I made yet another payment on 13 June for R 917.99 via Telkom app via master pay with a Fnb virtual card Auth code: 017026. I want a full refund from Telkom for monies due to me, a letter for Nudebt rectifying the issue and a letter to the Credit bureaus to rectify my credit scoring and while you at it pls also cancel my device insurance , I want nothing to do with Telkom anymore, Telkom is worst service provider and the worst cancellation service. If this issue together with my credit scoring is not rectiftified, I will logg a case with the Ombudsman.
Rain Network went from bad to worst, been struggling with internet speeds of 0.5Mbps since Thursday. Im dependant on this network as im working from home, currently im unable to do anything with this speeds. Highly irritated
Waiting for Deposit Refund For more than 2 weeks, no communcation, no response. Transfered from pillar to post. 2nd review posted, They dont even bother to respond or make contact. I dont even understand why they are still in business
First time using Thrifty Car Rental & most definitely the last. Been waiting for 6 days for deposit refund with no communication. Called the Durban Branch and they advised I need to contact their Head Office. Called twice , 2 hour waiting in a queue , spoke to a Naomi who keep on transfering me to the holding deposit dept and after very long holding time then im right back at her answering again. This is extremely frustrating and worst services ever to say the least!!!!
My first time buying A Samsung phone and definitely my last!! I bought the Samsung S21 on the 24th January and to date Im still awaiting delivery for my Buds and Smart Tag. Made several calls to their Call centre, long hold time & just promises that they will get back to you with feedback. The phone also keep cutting out during calls, i regret buying this phone, shouldve stayed with Apple & Huawei.
Waiting for tax refund since October 2019. Went to Alberton Branch 4 times in total, 2 of the employees never updated or confirmed my email address nor contact number. I submitted additional docs for Audit, submitted 2 complaints, still waiting on payout. Numerous calls to SARS, of which 1 call was cut BY A MANAGER CASE NUMBER: 339309864. I've had it with SARS, they are very quick to take ur money when you owe them but take awfully long to pay you out. I WANT MY REFUND ASAP OR ELSE I'M GOING TO THE OMBUDSMAN!!!!
Took vehicle to Renew it Edenvale for repairs after an accident in Sept 2018. Ever since than my vehicle has never been the same!!! My car makes a rattling sound that seems to come from my front right hand side starting from 80km/ph while driving on the highway – I replaced the tyre and it was confirmed that the suspension is bent. Interior components are rattling. Each time I hear a grinding noise during a tight turn in the parking lot, my right door is retaining water after I had drove through high water. Interior components are rattling. I visited Renew it on 3 different occasions, each time they say they would get back to me but I have received no response. I initially reported in Feb and to date no progress.
Pathetic service from Sellmore Homes, after i paid my deposit all communication ended. I had to keep following up and they kept making poor excuses, I decided to withdraw and they advised I need to send documents, I submitted my documents on 27th May already for deposit refund and still waiting. Suzet just keeps on telling me that she doesn't have anything to do with the financials and that I have to email Carol. Numerous attempts to get hold of Carol Olivier with no answer, Suzet Pienaar on the other hand uses an excuse about her health. This has been so frustrating and stressful. I please need assistance.

We have lodged a claim in March 2018 for rain damages to the walls, ceilings and floors. The same issue have been reported twice, years ago, still not finalized. In March 2018 they advised they will send out their assessors and just went quiet on us. Made numerous phone calls to track my claim, holding on phone more than a hour just to be cut of and to phone again in ending up in the line again. Finally got hold of them 2 weeks ago, they sent out a contractor to assess the damage to the carpets and to date no feedback. I'm also still awaiting assessors for walls & ceilings. Years have elapsed and they just don't give feedback SHOULD THIS NOT BE SORTED OUT ASAP, THE OMBUDSMAN WILL BE GETTING A NEW COMPLAINT!!!!
