Over a period of a week while I was looking for water tanks on the Internet I received the usual automatic reply from the website - it was Pioneer Plastics that once I received their reply I was able to contact a person who dealt with my requirements and from the time I made contact until delivery of the water tanks I am full of praise; Searching the Internet I contacted various companies - it was Pioneer Plastics who were prompt in their response early the following morning. Thereafter the advice, efficiency, "going the extra mile" (e.g. responding after hours to my questions), certainly requires mention when it comes to excellent service delivery. The communication was "par excellance", I required customized water tanks and to avoid any mis-communication, drawings were provided to approve and customize the water tanks - this team certainly need to be complimented on their communication s****s as well to ensure that the final product was delivered to my satisfaction and that can be said through this process.
