Never reimbursed deposit for cancelled job
Bad company. Never paid back my deposit of 7000 Rand for a job that was cancelled. 😠 Don’t pay them anything upfront.

No service
My gate was moved and renovated by Kay's 9 months ago. Lot's of trouble since. Now for the last 4 weeks it won't open or close during the day. But no response, service or repair from Kay's. Just ignoring me. And I have to operate the gate manually.
