Bad Service on Car Hire
Collecting from King Shaka Airport took about 45 minutes as the desk staff were so slow. The car I was given was covered in scratches and all the wheel rims were damaged. Worse was that the cars interior stank of cigarette smoke. On returning the car which I had refuelled, I was then asked to take the car back to the petrol station to pump one of the tires up as it looked a bit low - probably due to the damaged rim! I refused - this was not my problem and not my job. I will not be dealing with Thrifty ever again.

Cruelty from a Doctor
I recently had a mammogram and had to have a biopsy performed by Dr, Louella Ritz. She gave me an injection to numb the required area, but did not wait for the anaesthetic to take effect. When she used the biopsy gun to extract a sample, it was the most painful experience I have ever endured in my life - worse than when I broke my leg. Not content, she then did it again. I am still reeling with shock some weeks later. I now know that she should have waited at least 5 minutes before proceeding. I will not be using that clinic in future and suggest others should take care so as not to experience what I did.
