SA HOMELOANS - POOR SERVICE
I have an SA Homeloans Bond and an insurance policy with them, My tub was leaking and caused major damages to the walls and floor, before they could even send as assessor out they sent me a rejection letter. Claim no CLA ********** . Staff are extremely unhelpful and just decide before an assessor was sent out. now they are not paying for anything. a tub is a fixture sanware that should be covered. SA Homeloans stupid insurance to have as it covers nothing. and they don't want to assist either. I have had other insurances before and never had such a problem . this is far to irritating as my premiums are not cheap either.

They sell parts that are broken I bought a - Freightliner head from Truck trade repairs the first head was cracked the second head that the replaced same problem and when i asked them the owner (Eben) to assist he said he would and 2 months down the line has done nothing 10 heads sent to a proper engineer to test had come back defective he now refuses to take or return my calls and i am sitting with a R 23000 broken head and he refuses to return my money to all future clients PLEASE DON"T USE TRADE TRUCK REPAIRS as they service is pathetic and they are thieves - selling defective parts and refusing to reimburse they money back ( A PRODUCT UNDER GUARANTEE)
