Client for life!
The purchase of our Sloom mattress and pillows have been a game changer!! The quality is impeccable and my partner no longer complains about me getting up in the middle of the night. The service from the Sloom team was also brilliant as we ordered during the festive season and they still delivered when promised. Everyone was friendly and professional. Not willing to help with cancellations
When activating a Credit Life Policy they can do everything over the phone and email, but when you request them to cancel it it takes them more than a week to phone you back and then tell you you have to go into a branch to cancel. I do not mind filling in forms to cancel, but to go into a branch?? This is not only incredibly bad service, but also unlawful. Maybe it's time to go to another bank after 11 years!!
