You can only deal with them through emails so impossible to get anything resolved is a little complicated
Arrogant and unhelpful. You cannot talk to anyone as they only deal with you through emails on their support desk. Try escalate a problem to someone that might have a better understanding and they can't put you through to anyone, they can only send you an email to try resolve your problem. Most frustrating experience. Internet is not great either so would recommend you go with another service provider.

Absolute Fencing Installation Disaster
We put up a very simple PVC picket fence in our yard. It ended up being messy and disappointing. First installation the spacing between the poles was incorrect, this meant repositioning poles that had already been cemented into the ground. Second installation the fence slants downwards and we had to spend over R2,418 fixing our irrigation system that they disconnected and cemented into the pillars. Cement was left all over the garden so I needed to replant seedlings as it had just been planted and was ruined. Geoff the owner said he would refund us the money for the irrigation but of course it was an empty promise. I sent pics of the workmanship and he has just gone silent. I do believe there are many suppliers of this PVC fencing so if you want the product perhaps look for another supplier as this company does not know how to install and they are very pricey.
