What a disgrace

My mother took her car in to be fixed as a private job by Avi at JL Panelbeaters. Firstly, he wanted to charge more than the agreed quotation, then, he made lame excused as to why it took 10 days to fix a small repair. Only to find out that Avi used the vehicle to travel around without consent of my mother and put on 1000+ kms on her vehicle. This is an absolute disgrace
