Logged a report / claim against a Car Dealership after going through MIOSA ( Motor Industry Ombudsman) logged a complain in OCTOBER 2024, i have only been provided a reference number and as of MARCH 2026 i have requested MULTIPLE times for an update on the matter, yet my emails to Ms Francina Phogole have gone unanswered. Just another **** service brought to you by the Government of South Africa.
Not a single answer or response to multiple queries regarding adwords issues, feedback on performance, no feedback to improve anything. nothing. not a single response or answer. absolutely the worst company with regard to feedback or communication ive ever had to deal with. promised so much with regard to website development, adwords campaigns, tips and tricks to reduce spend and maximize potential. all lies, only thing delivered is a good website.
