Ordered an engraved knife for my husband from my daughter for fathersday... just a huge pity that my daughter had absolutely ANYTHING to give to her dad on sunday morning, Redline studio you are the most unprofessional people i have ever delt with! Firstly I had to ask THREE times if they have received my payment and if all is in order that I had to eventually send a whatsapp, where I got a very ****y voice note saying that they have over a 1000 emails and cant possibly answer everyone (listen if you can't handle the quantity of sales and deliveries employ more people or start work earlier to atleast be professional enough to say "thank you for your payment, all is in order") secondly after back and forth whatsapp messages (because either their phones are off or they put the phone down in your ear) after sending my delivery adress four days ago already, after loads of excuses about the courier company being full of "****" and that the lady will deliver all the orders herself...and still no sign of her or the knife! its monday! phones are still off and not responding to mails! guess what guys you have just lost A LOT of clients, I am in the wedding industry and will make sure none of my clients EVER use you.
