BAD NEWS!!! Redline studios closed its doors!! So the endless phone calls, emails, smses, WhatsApp messages, WhatsApp calss,Facebook messages or facebook calls goes down the drain!!! The owner of this company does not even pick up the phone to inform you in person that the company is closed and she will either ensure that the money is returned or thw package will be posted as soon as possible..... NO!! she just leaves you a fb message saying my company is closed but your package is on the way!!! Where is the tracking number we have been waiting for 2 weeks for??? Is it really been posted??? I am furious and fed up!!! This is a **** load of money to just to be wasted Weddings are expensive!!!

I have ordered a gift for Fathers day 2018 on 18 May 2018. I made the order for myself and a friend. I made payment the same day I put in the order, together with courier costs. I was in contact with them a few times during the month before Fathers day. Still we did not receive our order. A lot of lies about when we will receive our tracking number and a lot of excuses mostly saying it is the couriers fault. Contacted them and gave them 2 extra weeks to deliver our order. Here we are today, a month after Fathers day, still nothing received. No excuse, no communication. And they are already posting on new products, knowing all too well that they have not delivered on our and, as I understand, a lot of other peoples orders. Better to stay away and not do business with them. They lie and take your money and wont deliver on their promises.

She arrived with the half of our goods an hour before our wedding, she says the lead time is 4 weeks which we already paid in full 4 weeks in advance. The products were of poor quality that most of the lasercut names broke in half, vinyl stickers edges were rough and our seating chart stickers were skew. We attempted to get our money back numerous times but they always have excuses. FULL OF EXSCUSES This review is my warning to other brides and consumers. Please save yourself the stress.

Warning! Please do not use Redline Studio / Redline Lasercutting Studio (Kempton Park) for anything. Justine L Reynolds is the owner. You will get your goods extremely late (after your wedding/party or due date) or never. Incorrect goods/non delivery are not refunded although she has it/never delivered it and agreed to the refund. Lots of excuses and lots of lies. Still owes us and many others (we are in contact with other people in the same position) money and I will be opening a case with the police. Wish we saw reviews and peoples experiences, that we are hearing about now, before we trusted her with our hard earned money.

Warning! Please do not use Redline Studio / Redline Lasercutting Studio (Kempton Park) for anything. Justine L Reynolds is the owner. Wish we saw reviews and peoples experiences, that we are hearing about now, before we trusted her with our hard earned money.

Ordered an engraved knife for my husband from my daughter for fathersday... just a huge pity that my daughter had absolutely ANYTHING to give to her dad on sunday morning, Redline studio you are the most unprofessional people i have ever delt with! Firstly I had to ask THREE times if they have received my payment and if all is in order that I had to eventually send a whatsapp, where I got a very ****y voice note saying that they have over a 1000 emails and cant possibly answer everyone (listen if you can't handle the quantity of sales and deliveries employ more people or start work earlier to atleast be professional enough to say "thank you for your payment, all is in order") secondly after back and forth whatsapp messages (because either their phones are off or they put the phone down in your ear) after sending my delivery adress four days ago already, after loads of excuses about the courier company being full of "****" and that the lady will deliver all the orders herself...and still no sign of her or the knife! its monday! phones are still off and not responding to mails! guess what guys you have just lost A LOT of clients, I am in the wedding industry and will make sure none of my clients EVER use you.

A day before my wedding I am still getting empty promises. I still havent received my R1600 order. Excuses ranged from power being of, to laptops crashing! For peace of mind, demand you want your products before paying the full amount. I would not recommend using their services.
