Pathetic
BAD NEWS!!! Redline studios closed its doors!! So the endless phone calls, emails, smses, WhatsApp messages, WhatsApp calss,Facebook messages or facebook calls goes down the drain!!! The owner of this company does not even pick up the phone to inform you in person that the company is closed and she will either ensure that the money is returned or thw package will be posted as soon as possible..... NO!! she just leaves you a fb message saying my company is closed but your package is on the way!!! Where is the tracking number we have been waiting for 2 weeks for??? Is it really been posted??? I am furious and fed up!!! This is a **** load of money to just to be wasted Weddings are expensive!!!

Lack of treating clients professionally Do not make their cleints needs there utmost priority Waiting for goods already payed for and every effort you as a client make to contact them they have a excuse why it is not delivered yet Not to talk about the ignored phone calls Ignored emails Ignored smses Ignored WhatsApp messages Hopeless. Waiting more than 4 months for goods
