Poor service

Good day,  This email refers to your Alberton city store.  On the 21st of May I ordered two nomination links. The letter A and the word Grandma. I was told I can collect them on the 27th of May. I arrived to collect only to be told the order was not there. No one called or let me know and the gifts were for that day. I then compromised and got one link that was in store and was told my order for the word Grandma would be there soon. I cancelled my order yesterday as I am still waiting. Almost a month later. I have had to WhatsApp the lady in your Alberton store numerous times to follow up. I am very disappointed in the service I have received. I have always supported your store and recommend you to other. I even got my husband's wedding ring at your store.
