No refund
Pathetic service. After a restaurant advertised a certain platter, and I did not receive what was in the accompanying picture, mr D would not refund me. They also did not refund a burger that was obviously burnt to a crisp, on a previous order.

Terrible Packaging
Terrible parcel packaging. I received my first gift box completely bare of protective packaging, chucked in a courier bag. No plastic, no bubble wrap. The gift box was crushed and battered. I complained, they issued a replacement...it came EXACTLY the same way. No protection, nothing. This time the box was luckily intact, but they had placed a giant sticker DIRECTLY on the GIFTbox! Luckily I could take it off, but it left a sticky residue that I had to disguise. I can't believe they got it wrong, TWICE.
