From the beginning, I downloaded one of the site and I was enquiring about withdrawals and nowhere during the online customer service chat was i told to deposit. I was informed to reach or make 350. I carried on playing and made more than 350 so I enquired again and if was told the second time the very same thing so I read the terms and conditions and it doesn't state deposit need to be done so i carried on playing. Third time I did what I was told which was make more than 350 and I reached out for assistance but the person I was chatting to was unhelpful so I requested to be put through to a senior but I was refused. When I deposited the money i was told I could withdraw but the system did not allow me because one digit on my bank account was incorrect then I was requested to deposit more money which was r2000 which I did to amend my bank details. After that I was required to deposit another R2500 because they system lowered my credit scores and the agents was arguing with me so I did. However due to multiple transactions the deposit took time and the agent was forcing me to do things like call my bank and cancel the payment, it was 10pm thr agent requested I go yo the bank or get money or borrow money from someone or somewhere. I requested to speak to a manager but instead I was put through to the finance team and the person Mike told me to wait for the money to reflect on the account and promised and guaranteed I won't have further issues and no more money required. Now that I withdraw the fund I am being forced to pay for tax which is not stipulated in the terms and conditions yet I am not business regulated. I am asking for assistance and but the agent is yet again rude and unprofessional. I am forced to pay R5000 which need to be deposited into the gaming site in order for me to receive my funds. I am being told to borrow from people. No contact details for this company.
Good Day, My name is Shanilla Lutchman for the past 2 months i been trying to cancel my cellphone contract. Every month i go to the Gateway Durban branch to find out when my contract is due to end but not once i was told my account was locked for the past two years. i was told i was not able to cancel my contract due to the line been blocked so i had to wait in store for the account to be unblocked so that i could process my cancelation. i was told at the store the consult unable to process cancelation so i had to call 082 1958 which i been doing for the past 2 months. Every time i call the number i was told someone will call me back because of the system changes but up till this date no one called me back. I am even more frustrated because the store consultant Micayla and her manager tried to help me but was unsuccessful. On the 07/09/2019 i went back to the store to check if my contract is canceled but i had to call the 0821958 number again however i requested to speak to a manager and i spoke to a guy by the name of Bhekume. Ntuli who refused to let me speak to a manager after a few arguments i was able to speak to a manager by the name of Adolehus. Sanvweli who was very very unprofessional and very unhelpful. after more than 20 minutes on the phone with the manager he hung up on me so i called back and spoke to him and i was told my contract will be canceled on the 09/09/2019. Today is the 15/09/2019 and im at the store again and guess what my contract is not canceled. It is passed the cancelation date and i am paying for something which i dont have. When i first took out the contract a few months later my phone was stolen so i went to the Gateway Durban branch and i reported my phone stolen but a consultant who is no longer at a gateway branch told me she will do a sim swop and i can take a phone but i will get the same number however that was not the case she blocked my account without notifying me. This is a continuous problem that is facing. if this not resolved i will be forced to go onto hello peter. the number in question is 0827091980. I am highly frustrated and i am currently going to pay for something which i dont have and something im trying to cancel. if i am billed for the month of September i am not going to pay. i got so many lines with vodacom and previously i had alot of contracts but this is the 1st time im having a bad not just bad but terrible experience.
