Amazing Customer Service
Best customer service I've ever received. Caro was in constant contact and went above and beyond to ensure my unit was delivered and installed on the day moved in. Would highly recommend

Amazing Service received by Dotsure
This is my second review on helloPeter, and my second review of the incredible service received with Dotsure. I cannot stress enough how amazing the service is from Dotsure and in particular Nadine Janse van Vuuren who is my portfolio manager. The underwriting company does have some room to improve with regards to customer service, however, Nadine ALWAYS takes it upon herself to sort out all my issues and queries with the utmost care and urgency. She has always taken the time to listen to my issues, and has gone above and beyond in order to resolve them. Keep up the good work Nadine. Really do appreciate your personalized and extremely professional service !

My experience with Dotsure and Nadine
Dotsure had initially caught my eye when browsing for pet insurance. The onboarding with them transitioned quick and effortlessly. Initially, after submitting a claim, I had experienced some issues that lasted DAYS with the underwriting company, my claim was incorrect numerous times. After getting frustrated at dealing with the underwriting company, I gave Nadine Janse van Vuuren from Dotsure a call and explained the situation. This was the single most helpful and kind young lady I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She calmly listened to my rant, and then proceeded to assure me that she will sort this situation out. She then reached out to her superiors and the underwriting company, and within MINUTES, my claim was approved, and more importantly, correct. She also had kept in touch with me the whole time to let me know what was happening. @Nadine- Thank you so much for your assistance. You had quickly de-escalated a bad situation and saved a client with Dotsure. Your professionalism is highly appreciated, and more so, is your kind and friendly nature. Because of you- Dotsure will always have me as a client, and more importantly, will be referring my pet owner friends to your company. Thank you again
