I purchased a bed from them on 20 February 2023 and today is 13 April 2023. Everything was paid for on the 20th Feb and I received a call from them saying that my bed is now ready and awaiting their courier guy to deliver. This confirmation was about 2 weeks ago. Now I'm struggling to get through to them and getting voicemail. I fear that this business has taken my money and run without delivering my goods.
From the useless website which keeps on crashing to the useless call centre which provides little to no assistance, I am fed up with the horrible service provided by Discovery. I cannot believe that adding a dependent to my medical aid is this complex for such an insurance provider. Perhaps their focus isn't retaining their customers by providing good service but getting new customers with their gimics. The New Business is absolutely useless and I am close to closing ALL my policies with Discovery (life policies and health included) just to run away from their horrible service!
