I have logged a ticket regarding my academic results last year December before the department went on holiday and sent an email, to this day I have not received any response. They are prompt when sending communication for outstanding fees yes never reply to emails or tickets regarding student issues!
I bought hair which I was unhappy with and returned for another wig. It has been over a week being given the run around and a D number to track the paxi parcel that is invalid. The agents refuse to send my hair and won't give me back my money.
I have been communicating with the company back and forth to no success. They have given me the run around for my money. I have provided the requested bank statements to prove no funds have been received. I went to the ABSA bank and requested a letter stating no funds came through my account, they sadly can't provide me with this. I am defeated and getting to a point where I will give up on getting my funds.
I am appalled at their customer service. I withdrew funds last year September and have not received them to this day. I sent my bank statements from that month until now to prove no funds have been received. I've had countless exchange of emails and have been going to my bank many times for them to trace the funds, which they have advised were not received. I have advised Stash customer support but they refuse to give me my money. This company is a ****!
Hi there I was saving funds into my Stash account and decided to withdraw the funds last year September. They were unfortunately withdrawn into my inactive card which was a mistake on my part. The account number is however still the same and the funds should therefore have bounced back as the card paid into was inactive. I reached out to the Liberty Group team and have explained the situation to them. I have not received the funds withdrawn. They then asked I send them my bank statement to prove that I did not receive the funds into my account, this I have done but have not been assisted for over two weeks. Their support team service is appalling. This is my hard-earned money and want help getting it back.
Recently went into the store to purchase a phone. Was told that the phone they had then recommended would take all the apps needed by me for work. Turns out this was not the case and all the representatives could advise was that they cannot take back the phone and give another for the same value but all they could do is give me the same phone. Which was proven to not take the apps I would need for work.
Service has been appalling from the start. Wrote a review here complaining about them deducting double what the bill amount was. The company saw the reviews here on Hello Peter and called the next day promising to refund my money back but this has not yet happened. I've been calling them non stop since the 27th of July to date nothing has happened. They have scammed me R1078. Everytime I have called they promised to refund my money back but none of this has happened. I am livid!
Besides the fact that every month I'm billed different amounts, Telkom has been giving me less data and to top it all, I no longer even get notifications of the data, phone minutes, and sms top ups. I am on contract with them and they have me 150MB worth of whatsapp data which didn't even last a day. Not to mention their ridiculous recurring data which I don't even know what it is. I don't even stay up late yet you'd find that once my whatsapp data is depleted, the night data would be too. How?!
I've had the worst experience with their service. They've charged different amounts every month even though I have not been renting any movies or have showmax. Recently they deducted 2 months worth of payment in one month. When I called them, for about a week, everyone of their customer agents assured me I would be refunded my money back. It's been a week now and I am still waiting in that refund they had promised.
Hi there Ordered 2 wigs from this company in September. Till this day I have not received any hair or refund Their whatsapp number does not work and they are not replying on messenger. They have also closed their doors meaning they are running away from people. Please help.
