MJL Samsung is the poorest company i have ever met! I will not recommend them to anyone and I will surely never make use of them again!! I am aware that we are not their only client but sometimes we will call with a problem with one of our printers and they will take a week to get here, this puts me a week behind with all my work. I am unable to scan now for 5 weeks they just dont bother to even make a plan. They had technicians from all over to come and look at the machine and no-one had a solution , they will not even bother to borrow us a extra machine till they fix ours. Now at this moment it has been 5 weeks and we have , no solution and no working machine with piles of unfinished work!! When we call the Owner of the company she simply tells us " I only do salaries so I do not really know what is going on". This is no way a owner should speak, she didn't even make a plan to find out what the problem is just told us that we need to speak to someone else. This company deserves no stars and no clients. This is no way to treat a client. We are very unhappy with their service and we will make sure everyone is aware of that...
