I am forced to give 1 star so that I can actually write a review. My car has been in their shop since 5th December 2022, 5 days old my car was when it went in as some person decided to skip a robot and hit me. Thankfully the damage was not major. However the experience that I have has from Proline has been shocking, when you call and leave a message, I don't get a call back, the updates that should come just don't seem to happen. I have had about 2-3 representatives that should keep me informed on the status of car, I am always calling them, they either on leave, in a meeting and will call you back. When you want to speak to a manager then that manager is also in a meeting or unavailable. The timeline that they have had my car is unacceptable, for a week it just sat there and then you get told the assessor only came today. Then the buyer cant find the tyres for the car, but its a brand new car, then they say they short staffed and then suppliers are closing. Then your rims are at that supplier and they closed, then I get an email to apologize but that information was incorrect, Proline actually have the rims but and your car is moving to quality control and then nothing... absolutely nothing. When my car went in I asked and explained nicely why I needed my car as soon as possible, but not one person listened, not one. A month later, emails sent, phone call done and left messages and BIG surprise no has called me back. The lack of empathy from this group has left me feeling like, oh well nothing we can do attitude and I am stuck with them as that is where my car landed up going. I really hope that DISCOVERY INSURE take note of this message and I hope that they find a supplier who is actually has the compassion to deal with people who have had accidents and to try and for-full the customers requests and not just ignore them
Such excellent and efficient service received from Chantell Scheepers. Sent in a claim yesterday for my doggie and today the claim is approved. Been with Dotsure over a year and they are fantastic. Keep up the great service!
<div>PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY|! I paid them on the 20 March for an order for a gift fro my son. In the 6 days before lockdown I never received my parcel, although I have proof of emails telling me that my parcel will be delivered by 26 March by 8pm. This never happened and they never replied to my emails. I have since asked for a refund as I do not like to be lied to by anyone, rather just be honest instead of telling me utter rubbish. They do not reply to emails I have to send the same email 3 times before I get an answer. They told me last week Monday that I will receive my refund 1-3 days after requesting it. Still no refund and no answers to my emails. STAY AWAY from this business do not support them as they CLEARLY have no business ethics and lie to customers to keep them happy for a while. Then ignore the emails sent to them, Rather spend the extra money at a shop that stocks what you need, my sons birthday is today and thanks to ODDISHOP he did not get his gift. I am disgusted with the way they deal with customers but very quick to take your money. Their website clearly states they are working remotely and still accepting orders online to the same email address I am asking for my refund from so they are reading it but choosing not to answer. Very dishonest company. </div>
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU HAVE TO PAY UPFRONT AND THEN THEY DO NOT COME AND DO THE CLEANING OF CARPETS. WHEN YOU GET HOLD OF THEM THEY TELL YOU THEY WILL BE ONSITE THEN 2 DAYS LATER STILL NO ONE ON SITE. REQUESTED MONEY BACK AND WILL PROBABLY HAVE TO SEE A LAWYER AS IF THERE REFUNDS ARE LIKE THEIR SERVICE WE ARE IN BIG TROUBLE. STEER CLEAR FROM THEM
