Bad service - “fake” food - lack of good management

An old time favorite of mine that now has TOTALY lost it’s appeal ! On the night we had terribly bad service , there was not a smile or an attaentive moment through out the entire night . Struggling through that then came the worst part of the evening ..... MY FOOD ! As I don’t eat beef the surley waiter recommended I order the ramen noodles with chicken . It arrived on my table with chicken and big slices of beef in it; on complaining it was whipped away and with in seconds back on my table , now with no visible beef ...... well surprise ! surprise ! as I start eating the beef flavours and then bits of beef start bubbling up - the chef admitted later that he didn’t remake the dish but simply removed the slices of beef !@#$&* ?. So much for my convictions , the earth and and my personal challenge I have and live out around read meat eating - busted! what if this was an allergy or a religious stand against an ingredient I asked them not to serve me ? They don’t seem to care, do they .? Can you trust what is in their food?.....and just as a side comment , chicken and beef don’t taste good together ! In discussion with the manager later he offered me a free meal when I come back next time .....WHAT..@#$&!? come back ....you must be joking ! I was not looking for a freebie SAIGON. I was looking for good service and delicious trustworthy food ....I WON’T BE BACK EVER !
