Took the vehicle in to change an oil seal on the gearbox. Still leaked oil afterwards and they agreed to fix the problem at their expense. Delivered vehicle just after 8 as agreed. No other booking in their diary. Assurance I can pick up vehicle around 4pm. They would phone when ready. Heard nothing from RDM Services. Phoned at 4:25. Car won't be ready until 3pm NEXT DAY. Why? They started late, they say. Why? There were other vehicles ahead of me. Not true: I was the only entry when I booked. Bottom line: I was moved to the back of whatever queue there was (if any) because this was going to cost THEM money. So we take our time and ***** the client. Why didn't they bother to phone and tell me? Silence. "Sorry oom." Result: I had to cancel three meetings at short notice, all of them important buyers. Be very careful of RDM Services; it's a reckless outfit. They will cost you money and more. And blame you for it.
